Key functions : 

• A Client Facing role developing project plans and coordinating agency teams (strategic, creative, and digital)  to ensure smooth running of digital projects from end to end to include scoping through to final deliver
• Key internal agency contact making certain that the Client Partner and wider Client Services teams is aware of project status 
• Manage day to day financials and conduct budget reviews to include highlighting over-spend and budget challenges to clients and internal client services teams 
• Interpret functional specifications 
• Convey developer technical points to clients in order to drive projects  
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage project reviews and sign-offs 
• Write project documentation such as statements of work and estimates 
• Key adviser to client services teams supporting budget & resource planning 
• Manage 3rd party vendors 

• At least 3 years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency environment  
• German speaker 
• Project management qualifications 
• Ability to independently mange digital projects such as websites, banner ads, email campaigns and apps
• Experience of working with Pharmaceutical marketing projects including some knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketing regulatory process 
• Ability to use Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and Trello
• Proven client facing ability 
• Comfortable with technical terminology relevant to digital projects
