This is an ideal opportunity for a Healthcare PR Account Director wanting to step to Senior Account Director position or you might already be at SAD level and want to move to experience life in a small boutique healthcare communications agency.

Core areas of responsibility :
Account Direction and Management :
- Service 350k worth of business per annum
- With the guidance of an Associate Director take the majority lead providing strategic direction and senior counsel to clients in relation to a range of healthcare communications objectives and the wider marketing mix.
- Monitor account progress against targets
- Accountable for profitable management of individual programme elements
- Fee forecasting and staff resource allocation
- Oversee and provide direction regards written materials to make certain the content is of high quality and meets the strategic client communication goals
- Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and development
People Leadership & Line Management :
- Responsible for the personal development of junior colleagues
- Conduct employee appraisals and set SMART personal development objectives
- Assist with recruiting new team members
- Heavily involved in medium and long term resource planning
New Business :
- Key role in identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Lead on the development of new business pitches
- Assist Associate Director and Board Directors with pitch strategy
