Supporting Implementation Project Lead FAS – Remote long term contract opportunity
A biotech manufacturing company in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a Supporting Implementation Project Lead FAS to be part of a dynamic Applications Team and represent dual roles – one, as a part-time implementation project support lead and the other as an auxiliary FAS. This position is remote (work from home) with 60% travel and selected candidate does not have to be located in CA. This is an hourly contract position with a duration of 12 months.
This person will be directly involved with both pre- and post-sales activities for the North America diagnostic sales team based on designated needs at the time. He/she will work with designated Implementation Project Manager FAS to capture and support related Health System Implementation (HSI) projects including technical requirements, customer and workflow needs, tasks assigned to both internal and external individuals, communication among all parties involved in the projects. The selected candidate will play an integral role in ensuring successful management of Large Health System Implementations leading to high customer satisfaction and attainment of business goals. Additionally, this person will be assigned to support on-site implementations to provide technical direction and support to customers on instrument operation, assay implementation, and maintenance of company products. Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Service and global business units to identify and assess customer needs in order to provide high quality customer care that exceed expectations.

Responsible for aspects of Health System Implementation (HSI) projects as assigned by FAS management and IPM FAS and supporting needs as outlined in the HSI Action Plan and Standard work. The designated Supporting Implementation Project Lead is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of HSI to meet the need of customers.
