Working closely with Board Directors in a small agency environment you will be seen as a key influencer within the Agency and an ambassador of its values. Media Relations : Brand Launch Communications : Corporate Communications : Crisis Management : Healthcare & Public Policy Influencing : Messaging Development : Social Media Campaigns : Stakeholder & Patient Engagement
Market Access Communications : Government & Public Affairs : Disease Awareness Campaigns : Events Planning & Medical Meeting support : Speaker Engagements & Spokesperson training : Celebrity Partnerships
Areas of responsibility :
- Account Direction and Management
- Lead and service at least 500k worth of business per annum
- Oversee multiple accounts directing account activity -
- Senior strategic direction and senior client counsel
- Agree agency / client performance targets
- Monitor account progress against targets
- Accountable for profitable management of accounts
- Evaluate success of projects and programmes
- Build KOL relationships for the agency as a whole
- People Leadership & Management :
- Participate in senior management meetings
- Lead on internal projects to improve processes and implement new services
- Lead and motivate your line management reports and wider account teams
- Conduct appraisals and set challenging personal development goals for your line reports
- Coach your line reports
- Assist with recruiting new team members
- Champion team members throughout the agency
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to meet required targets
- Lead new business pitch teams
