Key Responsibilities : 

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and implementation of multiple client campaigns 
  • Provide your client with strategic counsel
  • Lead client meetings and client calls - develop and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Work with Account Director and senior team to : 
    • develop account objective and strategies 
    • evaluate results across client portfolio 
    • set and manage budgets 
    • plan allocation of work and staffing projections so as to maintain client service levels
  • Responsible for financial status of accounts to ensure profitability 
  • Assist in new business activity such as identifying opportunities for internal growth, delivering  presentations and new business proposals 
  • Support and mentor junior team and support the development of client written materials 
  • Oversee development of media activities such as press events, and conferences 
  • Line management responsibility including conducting appraisals
