The opportunity :
Working as Senior Account Manager Healthcare PR you will work alongside your Account Director to oversee day-to-day running of client campaigns. You will develop your ability to provide clients with strategic counsel and increase your responsibility for managing account teams, and leading on client relationships. As you develop your strategic and leadership skills you will take more ownership and have increased accountability for driving through campaigns - you will be encouraged to influence and challenge your client’s expectations demonstrating your knowledge of your client’s business, healthcare communications, and the healthcare market.
Key responsibilities : Senior Account Manager Healthcare PR
- Work with your Account Director to develop healthcare communications projects and ensure the delivery of campaign objectives
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Oversee day-to-day management of multiple client campaigns
- Motivate, coach. and ensure the career development of your direct reports
- Allocate work to junior account team members
- Ensure client service levels are met
- Maintain profitability of accounts by contributing to the creation of campaign budgets, monitoring budgets throughout campaigns, and overseeing client billing
- Evaluate campaign results
- Support business development activity such as identifying opportunities for internal growth, delivering pitch presentations and writing of new business proposals
- Mentoring of junior account team executives & managers\
