Senior and Principal Medical Writer – Promotional / Medical Education – Central London

Join a quickly growing, full-service communications agency as they expand their Editorial team with a Senior Medical Writer and a Principal Medical Writer.
Starting in 2012 as a branding consultancy, they have since grown to 35 employees based in the UK and Switzerland and developed into a full service agency.
Offer clients high level, technical communications working with both marketing teams and KOLs
Cover a wide range of interesting deliverables, 70-75% of which is promotional, including iPad apps, slides for congresses, technical training modules, onboarding training for specific disease areas, websites, branded websites, complex slide decks.
Specialise in the key areas of rare diseases, oncology and haematology.

As a Senior Medical Writer / Principal Medical Writer you will be responsible for creating high
Create scientific content for a range of communication activities, both promotional and educational
Lead writer on one or more major accounts
Main point of contact on matters of scientific content for the client and thought leaders.
Leadership of the writing team – reviewing and editing work, coaching and mentoring, recruitment.
To be considered for either the Senior Medical Writer or Principal Medical Writer you will be able to demonstrate:
Ability to write across a spectrum of projects, from the highly scientific to the promotional marketing
Can create many types of materials including slide decks, detail aids, website content, training programmes, advisory boards, and internal briefing guides
Understand claims, key messages and marketing objectives and the importance of the brand
Client facing and excellent relationship building skills
Deadline driven and organised
