Account Director, Medical Communications, Buckinghamshire
Working on the companies largest account, a major well-known pharma company, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery and development of the relationship with this exceptional client.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for:
Taking strategic direction for your own key account(s)
Playing a part in the strategic growth of the account with ongoing knowledge of pipelines
Ensuring an excellent service is always provided for your clients
Leadership of the account team, and working closely with editorial colleagues
Budget management
To be considered for this Account Director vacancy you will:
Currently be working at Account Director or similar level within a medical communications agency (essential)
Have experience working autonomously, able to think for yourself rather than looking for direction
Have experience leading or mentoring a small team
Strive to provide the highest quality service to your clients, continuously building key relationships
