£27k to £32k per annum 

 

  • Develop medical education programmes influencing behaviour change and buildinging brand advocacy for UK & global pharma.

The agency’s client base is predominantly UK Pharmaceutical and BioTech companies. You work closely with your clients and KOLS. The agency maintains very long term relationships with its clients which means you get to work on the brand at various stages of the drugs lifecycle.

 

The owners are hands on with leading strategy and business development - they have 50 years of experience between them - you’ll learn from people at the top of their game. The directors have a background in big Pharma which gives them and you a unique insight into what medical affairs and brand teams expect from their medical education agencies. Currently at 30 staff the directors plan to be at 40 staff by end 2020 - with this fast paced growth and impressive annual revenue you will benefit from excellent career development prospects. 

 

Located in Buckinghamshire surrounded by lovely Chilterns countryside the office is easily reached from all of Buckinghamshire as well as from many parts of West London, North West London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire. There is free car parking at the office. Central London is easily reached by tube. It’s a great team with regular socials and a terrific supportive working environment. 

 

Attend conferences in UK and overseas supporting delivery of the medical education programmes you have created. 

 

Senior Account Executive. The team structure : 

 

As a member of the client services team you will support the project management of medical education meetings and digital programmes such as webinars.

A seperate editorial team is responsible for the editing and writing of content. 

 

Medical Education programmes :

 

Reporting to your Senior Account Manager you support operational delivery of medical education programmes such as : 

 

  • Pharma sponsored meetings for an audience of Health Care Professionals 
  • Digital learning channels such as webinars 
  • Stand-alone meetings - national and international 
  • Advisory boards 
  • Satellite meetings 
  • Key Opinion and Advocacy management 

 

Under the direction of your Senior Account Manager your day to day responsibility includes :

  • liaising with clients
  • making certain that regulatory processes are followed such as online approval via ZINC
  • checking content delivery against timelines
  • KOL liaison
  • communication with event organisers and venues
  • support research and evaluation in order to assess ROI for your client

Desired Skills & Experience

 

  • At least one year of experience contributing to the development of medical education programmes in a client services or project management role.

  • Experience of working in an agency environment such as a Medical Education Agency, Healthcare Communications Agency, Healthcare Advertising Agency, Healthcare PR agency, or experience of working with a Pharmaceutical company within Medical Affairs, Marketing, or Medical Information.
