Working as Marketing Events Assistant you will provide events & marketing support to a highly impressive client list of pharmaceutical, biotech, and health care technology clients. Situated in stunning offices located in Central Amsterdam.

Marketing Events Assistant Duties :

  • Event management - organising logistics - medical conferences & meetings
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals attending events
  • Communicate with marketing departments at pharmaceutical companies
  • Manage relationships for congress organizers, logistics agencies, hotels, and travel agencies 
  • Financial administration including issuing invoices, sending payments to suppliers
  • Researching medical congresses to maintain calendar of events
  • Tracking progress of campaigns to make certain that project deadlines completed

Marketing Events Assistant Candidate Criteria :

  • Experience arranging events or conferences
  • Excellent office administrative skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Finance administration skills such as preparing invoices
  • Service-oriented attitude - driven by wanting to provide a high level of service to colleagues and clients
  • Ability to learn new IT Software packages quickly, such as Project Tracking Tools
  • Very organized, flexible, and proactive
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Authorised to work in Netherlands
