These Terms of Services (“Terms”) are provided by PharmeMed, a division of IHR Consultants Ltd and govern your access to use the services, including web sites, email notifications, applications and any information, text, images, photos uploaded or downloaded by you.




This agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. In order to become a PharmeMed user, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you may not use nor access our services.


By using this Web Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Only upload a photo that is of you. Under no circumstances upload an image of anyone other than you.
  • Create a profile that is representative of you and not of anyone else.


Failure to comply with these requirements may result in termination of your account.





Most parts of this Web Site are free to use without charge, however if you decide to purchase any of our paid services, we provide a number of payment options that you can choose to make payment.


Payments you make via a Paypal account or via Paypal card payment service will normally be processed automatically and will normally allow you to access the service(s) you have purchased within a few minutes. If you choose to pay via bank transfer to our bank account, we will provide access to the services you have purchased as soon as we receive and approve your payment. This can often take a few working days depending on your bank.



5. TAX 


Taxes are calculated based on the billing location information you provide.


Located Outside European Union (E.U.):

All purchases made outside the European Union are exempt from Valued Added Tax VAT


Located Within European Union (E.U.):

All EU members are required to pay VAT on digital service purchases at the VAT rate applicable for their state.


If you are making a purchase on behalf of an E.U. registered company (excluding UK companies) that is VAT registered, you are exempt from paying VAT as long as you provide a valid VAT registered number for your company. It is your responsibility for providing a VAT registration number for your company during the payment process. Otherwise, we are in our rights to charge you VAT at 20%.


Your purchases may be subject to foreign exchange charges depending on your location.


Located in the UK

All members and companies located in the United Kingdom (U.K.) are required by law to pay VAT at 20%





PharmeMed is only a platform where industry professionals and companies can introduce and meet with one another for the purpose of business networking, hiring new people and career development. This Web Site acts as a venue for users to post their career profiles, business opportunities, industry related advertisements and job opportunities and does not screen or censor the listings offered. PharmeMed is not involved in the actual transaction between members. As a result, PharmeMed has no control over the quality, safety or legality of postings, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to members or the ability of members to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks including, but not limited to, the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site and/or the other PharmeMed Sites.


PharmeMed excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law (and whether such liability arises in contract, tort or otherwise) as a result of your use of this Website or your accepting of a job vacancy obtained directly or indirectly through this Website.


Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude PharmeMed’s liability for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Advertisements that appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. If we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from the Web Site without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.



It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate equipment and are connected to the appropriate services to enable you to post advertisements, jobs or CVs (resumes) to PharmeMed web sites

If your advertisement links to another site externally, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove from the Web Site any advertisement that contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring PharmeMed into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.


Third party sites

Vacancies you post on PharmeMed web sites may also appear on third party recruitment web sites pursuant to agreements from time to time between PharmeMed and the proprietors of such web sites.



PharmeMed will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damage resulting from the transmission from this Website to your computer systems of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive items, however caused, such damage to include, without limitation, loss of profits, interruption to business, loss of the whole or any part of a program or any data howsoever stored whether saved on a computer system or otherwise.
