We are looking for a Senior External Communication Manager on behalf of a Swiss Pharma Group, which is now implementing a significant reorganization of Companies and Management in view of an upcoming listing on the Stock Exchange.

That has a strong impact on the external communication and by consequence, among the others, the Group is to introduce the new position of External Communication Manager.

The Position:

- is responsible for the market and patient-facing content published and communicated by the    Group; ensures brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant

- partners with key leaders in the business Divisions to develop and implement integrated         external communications initiatives that supports the achievement of business priorities and   vision, develops the culture, and builds and protects the Group brand, within the framework  agreed

- develops and maintains dedicated messages and communications and makes sure that they  are published through the adequate channels.

Experience Required:

• >5 years experience in communicationsrole
• Experience in developing communications strategies and plans within an international,matrixed organization.
• Experience in international workenvironment
• Exposure to Swiss and US business environmentpreferred

Level of Education:

• BA degree in communications or relatedfield

• Knowledge of business communication bestpractices
