Job Description

The Product Manager, HCP Marketing will play a critical role in the execution of the health care providers (HCP) strategy and will report to the Associate Director, PS Franchise, Marketing. This position will be responsible for continued evolution and execution of the brand strategy, implementation of tactical plans, development of the marketing plans and tactics for the PS portfolio and lifecycle management development.

  • Develop innovative, impactful marketing strategies and tactics targeted towards HCPs to secure uptake of Enstilar.
  • Participate in the generation of market insights, product performance and competitor trends through systematic market research to inform campaign development.
  • Collaborate with Sales Training to optimize the development and delivery of field training on marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain process to ensure active communication with the field force to monitor field activity as well as performance/progress; make recommendations and adjust strategies/tactics appropriately.
  • Attend and present at sales POA meetings to communicate marketing strategy and brand direction.
  • Manage the operational convention ("congress") planning and execution including liaising with convention vendors to ensure scheduling of booth and meeting space.
  • Recommend congress sponsorship level to management in alignment with key business objectives.
  • Manage the congress budget; track and report spend; ensure execution of payments.
  • Liaise across key LEO stakeholders to ensure flawless planning and execution of booth manning and staff attendance at conventions.
  • Lead management of Enstilar sample program including operations, analytics, budgets and on-going execution with Sales Leadership; develop recommendations for continuous improvement and innovative execution.
  • Drive collaboration with and fosters strong partnerships with internal teams, including Medical, Market Access, Sales, Legal and Regulatory.
  • Identify channel-specific innovations and propose incorporation into the brand tactical plan.
  • Partner with agencies to develop and execute tactical plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Brand Point for ongoing OPEX management.
  • Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timeline.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical sales or relevant pharmaceutical experience required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an extended brand team environment with 1 year marketing experience required
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Marketing fundamentals (analytics, insights and strategy) required
  • Dermatology experience is desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharma regulatory environment; experience with FDA requirements
  • Broad understanding of market dynamics and competitors
  • Proven project management experience, demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities, knowledge and experience in navigating the medical/regulatory/legal approval process
  • Individual must possess ability to build alignment across large cross functional matrix teams in a collaborative manner to drive performance
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and execute plans in fast paced environment
  • Strong presentation and written/verbal skills
